A place that pretends to be like Venezia, iit's not organised, at the restaurants you wait for hours before you you can get something to eat.Coffee in impossible to drink, The Venezia is just a waste of time and money.

I was there last month. There are many shops and restaurants still empty. It is very hot on daytime. The cannal is not beautiful. So, don't waste time to visit here. It's a good place to tak photos only. For the rest, there is nothing interesting. I recommend you go to Cha-am beach better, more fun.

Venice of Hua Hin??? It is just another street mall with lousy shops. At least 50% of the shops are still vacant and there is no specialty here. Very similar to other factory outlet, don't waste your time here. If you want shopping, just go to Market Village for a proper experience.

By the way, when it rain, the walkway will be flooded...looks like the construction people did a bad job in drainage.

We thought we would wait until nearer the official opening date before visiting, so we arrived at about 5.45pm yesterday, with the intension of looking around then have a bite to eat. The car park was quite busy and still being built, good start, so we found a spot and proceeded in from the rear, passing the zoo and play ground which are finished. We then walked around the complex passing one empty shop after another,in the one enclosed buildings there was a play area for children which was quite busy and another that was full of shops open for business. Outside again, we saw the gondola rides for a promotional price of 360 baht (480 baht normally) and the horse and carriages. We could not believe what we were seeing it still felt like a building site in many areas, i sincerely hope when it is eventually finished it will be a more pleasant experience than we had, we left at 6.05 very disappointed
