My wife and I spent one day visiting the rain forest but in reality you need 2-3 days to have enough enough time to thoroughly enjoy it. While there isn't much wildlife to be seen (as described by other reviewers) the views are really fantastic. We went on an all day lake tour and cave tour which was a great time. They picked us up, provided lunch and free time to swim, and a guide that led our group around all day who spoke extremely good english. The cave tour was amazing; there was a decent hike before it through the rainforest as well. My strong recommendation is get some good water shoes, don't wear sneakers or hiking boots or they'll get ruined in all of the water you end up trudging through. The cave is flooded so most of the time you're standing in water. There's a nominal fee to enter the park as well. The views of the surrounding mountains are unmatched. One of the most beautiful places we saw in Thailand.
