This is a special experience if you are in Koh Samui and you like gastronomic cuisine. We had the 7 course menu (mine was vegetarian) and my hubby had the normal one (although he changed about three of the courses) they are very flexible. We didn't do the wine paring, but ordered a bottle instead.
Every course was unique, interesting and different. Lots of foams, drizzles, vegetables cooked in different ways, sorbets, icecreams etc. Many of them 'deconstructed' versions. The 'Campfire' dessert was excellent . The final vegetarian sorbet course of capsicum, beetroot and carrot sorbets was terrible, possibly one of the worst things i have ever eaten. Also, the 7 course vegetarian menu tends to repeat the same vegetables through the courses.
Overall, worth going to, if you are a foodie and willing to spend a little extra.
