Staff was always helpful and friendly. Brekfast buffet more than delicious, all you need is there. Rooms clean and nice, Balcony missed furniture, but it was easy to just sit on the floor. The pool was nice and the location of this place, just 15 meters to the beach. Great.

Good location. Not far from bangkok. Staffs were very friendly. Even the hotel is surrounded by resturants that sometimes make some noise, but its easy to find something to eat. Will def go to visit there again

Booked through Agoda and paid for 3 nights only stayed for 1.
Hotel is nowhere near anything they should provide the hiring of bicycles and motor bikes if you don't have a car.
Room was noisy from building work next door and had a bad smell.Toilet water was yellow and was smelly.Mattress seemed to be made of 'iron' very uncomfortable.
Breakfast was very average.Staff looked bored and disinterested.
This hotel is very overpriced and the internet description is misleading. One to avoid.

Room Tip: Don't bother

I stayed here for one night in Feb 2012, while doing a workshop at the University, which is very close by. I paid 1500 baht ($US 50) for the room thru agoda- at this price, this hotel is a complete rip off. The hotel sits right across from the ocean (maybe 30 meters) but the public beach is about a 10 minute walk away. It's a nice neighborhood and there's a little morning fish market (around dawn) right outside the hotel. The staff are friendly and nice (who also told me that the regular prices are much less then what they charge online through english language websites). The other guests when I stayed were all Thai and Chinese.
The room would have been suitable for $15-20/night. For $50, it was a disaster. The mattress was as hard as a rock. I slept on top of the comforter. There was a television and a fridge (the fridge wasn't plugged in). The room had no other amenities at all. The shower stall was dirty, which is always disturbing. The hallway outside was like an echo chamber, and the other guests were quite noisy as they came and went during the evening and night hours. Breakfast was for Asians; this means that a plate was put before me (and everyone else) with a fried omelet, hot dog, 2 slices of luncheon meat, white toast, margarine, jam, and lettuce covered with mayonnaise. I ate the omelet and toast.
There is no chance I would stay here again. I only suggest you consider it if (1) you're Thai or Chinese and/or (2) you're on a budget and don't mind no frills. Either way, make sure to pay $20 or less.

Room Tip: Pay no more than $20/600-700 baht

I was deeply dissapointed by the hotel, where I have spend HNY 2555 celebration - hotel in far away from the beach - about 800 metres. The are building a new big one right next to Nanachart, so dont expect quiet place! The stuff is friendly, but absolutely with no competence... In my standard room (1700/night!) very bad smell - according to old water system... One day the stuff just forget to clean the room and change towels.
This hotel is TOTAL DISSAPOINTMENT - old smelly hole with new clothes, but it does not help...

Room Tip: choose one on the 5th floor with beach view...
