The Manager and chef, Davide, has created a very imaginative menu, which forms the backbone of what he offers each day. The design of the dishes is wonderful, the ingredients are fresh and top quality, and the cooking is outstanding. If this restaurant was in Italy, it would, even there stand out for its excellence.
The staff are very friendly and the music creates a valuable addition to the experience there (normally we are not too keen on restaurant music, this is different and fits perfectly).
Tony, the owner of the Monochrome Hotel where the restaurant is situated, is often on hand to welcome guests and check that everyone is happy. He and Davide make a great Duo.
On one visit the service was a little slow, but the food is so delicious it is worth the occasional extra wait! We will be returning, again and again.
