The food and drinks were amazing. Not cheap, but amazing. The staff and patrons were always a delight as well. I immensely enjoyed hanging out there - either to socialize, or to just read, relax and/or do some work on the computer.

Thank you so much for taking the time to review The Station Mo!! you promised and you came through for us! I loved your face the first evening you spent with us - being absorbed into the warmth of the #friendsofthestation was obviously a delight.

If you are ever our way again you will be delighted to know that prices have been reviewed and revised favourably! Its advantageous to be a couple of years old and have vendors trust you and make you better offers because that means we can offer that back to our very supportive patrons!

Until then we continue to follow your art as you make your way around the world leaving a delightful finger print!

Good Luck,
Serena.

A friend and I were in Arusha recently (after safari) and found The Station serendipitously as we were walking back to our lodging. What a great find! Gloria and Serena (mother and daughter) were so friendly, fun, and hospitable! We felt as though we were with old friends. Gloria cooked the most delicious foods for us...things we had never had before. It is a very cozy place with wonderful hospitality and food! There is a room for rent in their house (via AIRBNB) that we wish we had known about. They also have a huge library of paperback books. If ever in Arusha, please visit The Station! You will not be disappointed!
Thank you, Gloria and Serena!

We lucked into The Station, just by following the signs (we were staying at a local Airbnb home).

Joyce, the mom, was very welcoming and made my friend and me some delicious samosas to go with our beers. Later we asked her to make us whatever she felt like, and we had a fabulous meal - see pic.

Daughter Serena is a hoot! When she got home, she and her mother visited with us for a while, and we felt like we were just visiting some friends.

They also have a used bookstore there, and have rooms available (on Airbnb), but I didn't see them.

The place could use a few minor repairs, but it is clean and the food and service is great! I don't think you could go wrong here, and highly recommend.
