Every safari outfitter will offer to plan your perfect "trip of a lifetime" to Tanzania and the numbers are overwhelming. From my first point of contact, Ingrid (one of the company directors) at Bush 2 Beach provided a very informative, concise response that also felt very personal. Throughout our four month planning stage, Ingrid was ever present to provide answers to our questions, suggest ideas, amend our plans and provide attachments for us to view. From the moment we landed to the day we departed Ingrid put us in the capable hands of one of her six guides (John). I couldn't have been happier with my experience with Bush 2 Beach. I highly recommend using their services. They are a local, smaller operation with experienced, professional guides who are well aware of their responsibilities. Ingrid provided a wonderful "old school" quality that doesn't seem to exist anymore. They listen to their clients needs yet can still provide and intimate, personal experience that most of the larger outfitters cannot compete with.

With our 7-year-old son, this was a perfect start to a long safari trip, and thanks to Chris & Ingrid for suggesting these two safari experiences. Walking close to the buffalo and other animals, including a perching eagle, we felt in-touch, and our son could stop and play in a waterfall -- which makes a good place for lunch. It is rare to be able to move about freely like this in reserves. Canoeing on Momella Lake is another spectacular form of freedom, especially in the later afternoon, with Mt. Meru on one side and Kilimanjaro on the other, hippos in the water, birds coming to roost and animals coming to drink. We enjoyed the many birds and snakes, including a python curled up in a thorn tree on the bank. (August 2011)

We had an amazing time in Tanzania. Ingrid organised the perfect experience for our first visit to this beautiful country. From the moment we were picked up from the airport by Edwin, who looked after us the entire time on our safari, to when we left Zanzibar, we were looked after so well. I was so impressed by Ingrid from the start of my enquiries by her prompt responses. Nothing was too hard and she organised everything, from the beautiful accommodation to the amazing wild life experiences. Edwin our driver was so lovely and it was nice getting to know him during our time together.
All the lodges we stayed in were fantastic. Endoro Lodge, Serengeti Sopa Lodge and Ngorongoro Sopa Lodge in Tanzania. Baraza and Serena Lodge in Zanzibar. Seeing all the animals in the vastness of the Serengeti was one of the best experiences I have had. We were so fortunate as to see the wilderbeast and zebras migrating. Everyone needs to experience this country. Another stand out experience was staying in the Isoitok Camp in Manyara. A must do experience. Your tent looks out over the Rift Valley. Just beautiful. Tents luxurious and food 5 star. Chris has such great local knowledge and both him and Ingrid support the local Masai community which is just wonderful.
Zanzibar was great too. We went on a day tour called the Princess Salme Spice Tour. Highly recommend this. Ingrid organised this for us.
This is a wonderful company to rely on who I could not fault. Highly recommend using them. What are you waiting for. Book now.

Ingrid and Chris are awesome. Professional, locally based, returning to the community, responsive and fairly priced. I would highly recommend them as well as my guide Simon- who rocked. Use these guys!

My husband and I arranged for a three day safari with Bush to Beach in January 2013, during which we covered the following three parks (one for each day): Lake Manyara, Ngorongoro Crater and Tarangire National Park. Ingrid at Bush to Beach surpassed our expectations in helping us customize our itinerary and accommodations. Her responses to our email queries were prompt and reliable, providing useful recommendations that went a long way in making our safari experience most enjoyable. We were received at the airport by Simon (our companion and guide for the duration of the safari adventure) and we loved him from the minute we exchanged hellos. Overall, we felt that Bush to Beach provided us a great safari package which proved to be worth every penny spent. We would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Bush to Beach to our friends and family!
