Very inviting and homey

We stayed there two separate times, for two nights each. The staff is incredibly friendly/inviting and the food is delicious. They have great deals for drinks as well. The rooms are very nice and easy to sleep in.

Safari Vacation

Spent 3 nights here: two at the beginning of safari & one at the end. Felt like my “home” in Africa. Gracious hospitality! They even cleaned our muddy shoes when we returned from a cultural village tour. Food from a varied menu was excellent including their Indian menu selections which allowed me to select “ spicy” curry. Forgot my flashlight on first visit and it was “saved” with my name and returned on subsequent stay! Highly recommend this hotel when in Arusha.

Love this place!

Everyone here made us feel so welcome. They always did more than we could imagine for our group. They went above and beyond with accommodations and helping us with exchanging money once we arrived. I would definitely stay here again!

Top of the line

The African Tulip was amazing. The administration and staff went out of their way constantly to provide our group (13 total) with incredible service. The facilities were second to none. I highly recommend this place to all!

Arusha surprise

The African Tulip was a deluxe accomodation amidst the bustling city of Arusha. We spent two days at the start of our Safari and the last day of our Safari. The staff was well prepared for our visit and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The dining service was attentive and the quantity and quality of the food was first class. We lacked for nothing. The gift shop was a surprise with quality items and fair prices, beating the many tourist spots.
