This hotel is simply outstanding- the staff are all fluent in multiple languages making fulfilling requests and answering questions very easy. They are courteous, ready to help/accommodate requests, professional, and on top of things! The rooms are very clean, plenty of space, provide in-room safes, excellent maid service (that are willing to adjust to your schedule), and the rooms are pretty well insulated. We stayed there for 10 days with our 6-month old daughter while my husband worked for 5 of those days. They also provided a fabulous (and SAFE) crib for her to sleep in and any time we requested a taxi or information about where to eat breakfast locally- they were quick to help and always one step ahead. The only thing I would not rate above average was the breakfast- we found it to be 'lacking' but it did offer a great variety of options. Other than that- it is truly a wonderful hotel with wonderful staff.

Room Tip: Lower floors have better internet speeds- which is especially helpful in the evening when everyone r...

Location for my business purposes was fine. Nothing for sight seeing but for understanding how the live goes there. Room in general ok, but my carpet was dirty. My colleagues had clean ones. Many restaurants and "the night market" close by. Also shops and a department store within 15 min footwalk. Reception fine and fast understanding, also reliable organization of transfers and pick up services. Breakfast with enough choice, also for local guest. I would use again.

I got there yesterday and received a free uogarde to a junior suite. I don't know how the other rooms look, but this one is great.
Particularly very clean. I am staying a lot in Marriott's in the US, Fairfield Inn and Courtyard and this one is much better from my point of view. Bed sheets are clean and nice. No bad feelings going to bed. floor is clean. Bathroom is very well maintained.
Room is very large, with sitting area, large bath, closet, etc. Internet access for laptop well.
Also quiet. People are friendly.
Especially the bed is nice. Mattress is firm and no soft spots. It has an actual comforter and not just the filthy sheet what most American hotels have.
Breakfast was very good and plenty, everything buffet. Large selection of everything, except no German style crusty bred.
I can definitely recommend this hotel and would go back to it, if I came back to the area.

Room Tip: I was staying in the B-Tower and was on the higehst floor, 16th floor, obvioulsy it does not get bet...

This is the best choice if you are working in ChongLi or Taiyuan. (This hotel is about 1 hour from Taipei without traffic and 30 minutes from the airport.)

Hotel is new with very large rooms. The staff is very friendly but not quite as sophisticated as you would find in Taipei, this is to be expected.

One downside to this hotel is that it caters to mainland Chinese tour groups. These groups tend to be very loud and will overrun the breakfast eating everything in sight while stuffing fruit and other food into their pockets to bring with them.

Not a bad hotel in the medium price range. All the hotel amenities one needs for a nice stay in Taiwan. Staff was great with good english skills and communication. Would recommend to anyone visiting the area. Also across the street is a small park has people practicing traditional chinese exercise each morning that is enjoyable to view.

This hotel is set in attractive surroundings with a park opposite and a reasonable selection of shops nearby. The hotel also includes an outdoor swimming pool and jacuzzi, albeit rather long and thin as they hug the side of an external wall. However what look like good room prices, making the relatively remote location acceptable (a good 40 minute drive from central Taipei), are soon swelled through hidden supplements which  negate any advantage. By way of an example, as a family (2 adults, 1 child aged 6) we decided to book a junior suite as an end of holiday treat. The room was billed as suitable for three but whilst spacious it contained only 1 bed... and we were asked to pay an additional 1000TND for a second bed. Once settled in an alternative room the beds were 'ok' but noise carried between hotel rooms (banging doors in the early hours) and light fittings positioned primarily near the window and away from the beds i.e. not ideal for bed time reading, whilst the single central switch was also located away from the beds... On the other side of the room. The hotel had a corporate impersonal feel and the restaurants struggled with the concept of vegetarianism... and then billed us for an 'all you can eat' buffet despite our wishing to order from the menu (minus pork). In summary, this hotel has left me perplexed. I hadn't intended this review to be so negative because this is a nice looking high end hotel, but sadly it failed to deliver on the high end experience. A real shame.
