I chanced upon this Minsu on Taiwan local blogs and forums. This place is very near the yearly Flower Festive Garden and also mushrooms farms.
We really liked the whole environment, cosy and pleasant. Friendly owner. They also sell home-baked pizza but we didnt have a chance to try them.
We booked a ground floor room for 6 pax. The room was huge and clean! There is a big sitting area with TV and a separate area with 3 queen beds.
in the morning, there is free pottery class with the pretty lady owner. Be sure to allow enough time for this 2 hrs session. We didnt plan enough time and our kids were rushed through the sessions by us! Nevertheless we had a good time. After the sessions, our tea cups need to be dried and we paid extra $$$ for postage to send the cups back to us. This will take another 6-8 wks.
There is also a tamed and friendly goat. Our kids walked the goat in the morning and had so much fun!
However I do think the breakfast needs to be improved. It was tasty prata (different flavours) or sandwiches with an egg and also some fruit. Portion may be small for some people. Will be good if they can add some free flow bread or simple congee.More
