Not worth to visit. Nothing compared to Premium Outlet in Las Vegas, even Jakarta's malls are bigger and many branded stores with cheaper price than E-da.
It's better to visit Costco Wholesale (in Taipei/Taoyuan/Kaohsiung), USA's branded goods sold at competitive price. But you need your local friend's member card to buy ;)

Well, for an outlet mall, it's not that vibrant. Many abandoned projects all around. The theme park seemed dead. Just have a quick shop and move along.

New and clean. Shops are well-organized, branded boutiques, mid-range and Asia novelties in one each zone. Food court has a wide variety of foods, fast food to fine dining. A very good place to shop!

If you compare to outlet in Taipei, it is indeed cheaper. You probably will end up buying it. But since i compare to local price in my country (for branded) i ended up not buying anything. The place itself is huge, has so many branded stores but nothing special in term of price. For non branded product i'd prefer buying it on night market. They also have some kind hawker like night market at top floor. Maybe it's an option for tourist who stay nearby.

This shopping centre has it all, from boutique stores to an amusement park to cheap brand outlets. I was OVERJOYED that I was able to get women's shoes in the larger sizes AND at 60% off - after 20 years in Asia I know most stores don't even stock above a 39 let alone have them on sale! We liked how everything was kept together, boutiques in one area, mid-range in another and Asian novelties in another so you weren't searching through. The food court caters for all tastes from McDonalds to fine dining. Was more than impressed with how the centre carries out it's business. PLUS, tourists get tax rebates over NT$3000.
