We stayed 2 nights in this lodge, which is situated beautifully in the Ezulwini Valley. If it had not been for the receptionists, I would have graded it higher. All the other personell was nice and friendly - also the young manager. But the 2 ladies at the reception could not care less. I tried to smalltalk about the heavy rain the night before, but they just ignored us. Sad, since the first impression you get from a place is the reception.
The budget-rooms are small, but OK. Breakfast and dinner is good. And the view from the terrasse is stunningMore
