Nice and clean rooms. Just next to lotte hotel and Shila hotel. The rooms have free wifi and nice balcony. Standard toiletries such toothbrush, towels hairdryer moisturer bathing lotoon are available. Location is good too. There is a mini shop that drinks snacks and basic neccessities. A cafe is located near main lobby. Main receptionist knows simple english.

We booked a standard room for a night stay in Jeju. Given that it was half the price of neighboring hotels, we are amazed. The finishes and quality of this hotel is top notch. The spaces were generous and airy like a country club resort.

The room and bathroom was large and comfy with a balcony. Toiletries were beautifully presented and packaged.

Service staff are kind with the exception of a young man at front desk who was rather condescending when we asked for recommendation for places to visit closer to this hotel.

Hotel has 3 large restaurants with a nice outdoor deck, terrace, al fresco area.
Hotel has an attached convenience store which many people from other hotels visited.

Overall thumbs up. The place spoke of true relaxation.

We were a group of 8 staying at The Suites Hotel for 2 nights. Given the hot temperature we experienced at Ramada Plaza, we were glad to hear this hotel could supply electric fans whenever they were needed. The rooms were extremely small and to my big disappointment, besides the bed a bit on the hard side, worst being the king size looking bed was two small single beds being put together. As a result, I could only sleep on one side instead of the very middle as it was not comfortable sleeping on top of two edges of both beds. There was free Wifi in lobby and in the room. TV had many local channels as well as CNN, BBC, CNBC, Discovery Channel, Disney Channel, NHK, CCTV, Star Sports, Golf and ESPN. Each room was given one complimentary bottle of water but there were only 4 green tea bags with no tea/coffee. There was ample toileteries. The breakfast selection seemed to be just enough but not many choices. We did not have breakfast there as it was not included in our hotel package. There was a small swimming pool but it was too cold to swim. Not sure whether there was a shortage of staff or not because the night shift receptionist was also the bell boy as well as the person to fix up problems in the room when service was requested.

Nevertheless, it was value for money as the location of the hotel was just between Hotel Lotte and the Shilla Hotel and cost us just around US$100 per night. It was within 7-10 minutes walk from the Teddy Bear Museum, Starbucks and Believe It Or Not. As for restaurants and town, it could be reached by car in 5-10 minutes.

Room Tip: Low level rooms only faced the car parks or the road. Also, as there was no lock on the mosquito win...

We stayed here for 5 nights during our vacation in Korea and loved this hotel. Nice location close to the ocean, helpful stuff, convenient shuttle bus and good breakfast selection. There are two restautants one is Korean style the other is western. My best memory is the breakfast hall, facing the big patio area with the blue sky looking at us every morning(we were very lucky to have almost all blue sky days during the stay).
One con: there is no fitness centre and the swimming pool was closed during our stay. So if you have small kids you may want to consider hotels nearby like the Shilla but it's more expensive. Overall we highly recommend this hotel for casual travelers.

Hi,

I booked here to stay close to the beach in Jungmun area and overall it was a nice experience. The best thing I did in Jeju island was to rent a car (there is free parking) to explore the surroundings and the whole island because around the hotel there are very limited options on walking distance for entertainment or dinner for instance.
Rooms are clean but cannot accomodate a family of four so you have to book two rooms. If you pretend to have lunchs and dinner at the hotel is going to be also very expensive. I recommend Craze burgers (but close at 7:30) and Gecko restaurant for western food.
The swimming pool looks nice but weather in this season was not inviting to use it.
Even if a bit cheaper than the hotels around, however I think that The Suites lacks own character and doesn't offer any special service to invite to book here agsin next time.

Room Tip: No chance to get a room for a family of four with one below 12 years old,

Location is just between lotte and the shilla, Quiet and near to jungmun downtown

However the bed is rather small, as no double bed available, I hv to push 2 single beds together by myself, and which is just really fit for 2 persons. But it comes better next day, as the room keepers perform 2 in 1 for us
However they have not refill the amenities properly

Overall feeling is fine and clean and quiet, especially when comparing with the price of lotte and the shilla

This hotel was very clean and overall a nice spot. It was in an excellent location which allowed for easy access to the beach which was only accessible through the shilla hotel right next doorl. The staff was friendly. The rooms were quite nice. I especially liked the fact that when you walked into the bathroom the toilet would give you a friendly "beep beep"
Speaking of the bathroom, I'd like to say that the they are very nice. The toilet even had heated seats! I was trying to figure out what all the buttons meant and ended up soaking myself with the bidet :) A good hotel by all means.
