We booked two rooms here and have no regrets. It is a wonderful place and next to Shilla and Lotte's. Rooms and bed are nice and comfortable. Staff at reception can speak English. There are so many things to see. Wished we had stayed longer. The airport shuttle stops right in front of the entrance.

Absolutely loved our stay at the hotel. Everything was cozy, quite, and welcoming. The hotel is much bigger than what it looks like in the pictures, and there are two restaurants (expensive) and a terrace. Airport Limo 600 stops right in front of the hotel and goes around the whole island.

Our room was cozy and cute and has everything you could possibly ask for; bathroom is big and they even have cotton rounds for you! The windows open to a small balcony with a lovely view of the Jungmun resort area.

It's within walking distance to The Shilla, Lotte Hotel, Jungmun Beach, and a short bus ride to other parts of Seogwipo. One of the few Western restaurants Gecko's is also nearby but it was closed while we were there. A taxi ride to the nearest entrance of Hallasan is around 30 minutes and costs 30,000 won. Nearer attractions include various museums and waterfalls.

There's a Family Mart right downstairs but everything is in Korean! One piece of advice - get someone to write a few important phrases down because nobody speaks any English!!

Nonetheless, Jeju is incredibly amazing and I'd go back anytime!

When I was making my booking for the hotel in this area, there were three choices: Lotte (it's famous!), the Shilla (it's new!) and the Suites. I opted for the last one for some reason. Turned out to be an excellent choice! The rooms are clean, comfy and welcoming. Although the rooms are not terribly big, it's compensated with all other amenities! There is even a small but clean balcony!

Location is great too. The pizza downstairs (which we did take away and brought to the room) is very tasty as well! Service is good, lifts work, corridor leading to the rooms are well lit and clean. It feels nice coming back to the hotel room!

Located at Jungmun resort, next to Shilla and Lotte hotel. But it cost 1/3 the price of the other 2 hotels.
Checking in and out is a breeze and front desk staff are friendly.
Rest was good and parking space for the hotel was ample
There's a convenience store just at its door step
Ripley's and the teddy bear museums are a 5mins walk from the hotel

We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights, and find that this hotel is really great. It is located next to Lotte hotel and Shilla hotel If you dont want to pay the maximum price at these hotel, you can stay at The Suites Hotel. Their price is reasonable, very clean, and comfortable. Good water pressure for the shower. If possible, get a room on the second floor onwards as the rooms are bigger. if you are travelling with 1 child, you can request the 2 twin beds, and they can be put together to join 1 huge bed.

One front desk service person that is super helpful is Mr. Han. He wears glasses, and is very friendly and informative when you ask him about places to visit in Jeju island. When we ask for a taxi, when he couldnt get them through the phone, he even run to the outside to help us call for a taxi from the road. When we checked in, and our room is not ready, he helped us found another room so that we do not have to wait too long to check into our room. There are other front desk person/ hotel person, but without Mr. Han, our trip to Jeju will be lost as all the other front desk person do not understand much English.
