I booked at this hotel a modern style of room for 2 nights which cost KRW 52,000 per night. I find the room was comfy, clean & nice. The location is great since it is very close to main attractions such as Cheonjiyeon Falls (only 10 min walks) and Jeongbang Falls (only 20 min walks). I even get amazing view of sunrise from my window room!
This hotel is so worth value of money. Anyone who seek a nice & clean place to sleep around Soegwipo area should definetely choose this hotel :)

We stayed in the Oriental room for 3 people. It was mattresses on a heated floor. The room was plenty warm enough. The furnishing and bathroom was very basic but clean. The bathroom fixtures were adequate and in good working order. There was an elevator which is good considering we travel with too much stuff anyways. The location was not far from the main drag in Seogwipo. A walk of about 5 minutes put you in the busier part of town for convenience stores, restaurants (both sit down and fast food), bakeries, even some upstart coffee shops. No noise problems that I could here.
The staff was very nice and helpful. English is limited but it really was not an issue for us. We understand that we ARE in Korea.
Over all this is a basic but clean hotel in good location if you want to stay on the south side of Jeju Island. I also thought this was reasonably priced.

Booked this hotel for my stay at Seogwipo. The Oriental theme room intrigued me and coupled with some good reviews from TripAdvisor. Booked it at about less than KRW70,000/night (after tax) and I think the price is quite reasonable.

Hotel wasn’t that difficult to find. If you are arriving directly from Gimpo Airport, just take Airport bus 500 and alight at New Kyungnam Hotel (it should be the final bus station). From there, walk up the slope passing by Sun Beach Hotel and when you see the junction with Tae Gong Gak Inn at the corner, you will see the tall Little France Hotel down the road about 50-100m. Their signboard on the hotel roof lights up at night and makes it even easier to locate. If arriving from other parts of Jeju, look up at the street map board found along the pavements for directions.

The hotel is not located near Seogwipo harbour and thus no commendable views from the hotel window. The hotel rooms decorate themes based on different levels and our Oriental theme is located on the 3rd storey. Corridors and rooms are quite dimly lighted IMO. Our bathroom was very poorly lighted with one halogen lamp. It didn’t help that the whole bathroom walls are tiled with black tiles. The room fared better with more lightings provided. Maybe the hotel is popular and thus the room deco condition looks ‘quite used’. However, the deco looks exactly like the photos published.

Our room was rather spacious but there’re only a couple of wall hangers to hang clothes. They have a refrigerator with drinks provided daily, a computer with high speed internet connection available in the room, no wifi. Soaps, shampoo/body wash and toothpaste provided but these are shared from previous occupants to the next. Towels are given in 3 small hand towels instead of big ones. They didn’t provide disposable toothbrushes, bring your own. The bed was very hard! I don’t mind hard types, but beware to those who don’t, it’s wooden hard. =D They provided 2 pillows for each person but it wasn’t enough to support my head resulting in stiff shoulders the next day.

There are a lot of eateries and mini marts around the hotel and they are reasonably priced. Housekeeping was done a good job. Our room was meticulously cleaned and sheets were changed daily. Prepare to head out by 10am because that’s the time the cleaning starts. There were only 2 guys we saw daily at the reception. The younger guy manned the lobby at night while the middle-age guy manned from morning to evening. The middle-age guy was really friendly and everyday he helped me with all my queries from bicycle rental to bus guide. They can understand English a little but they might not be able to communicate well using English, so we did a lot of sign language and common sense to understand each other.

Overall, it was a good stay with friendly service and clean housekeeping. I stayed there for 4days and I found it quite satisfactory and well-priced. It’s away from the main streets and hence not at all noisy.

Located in Seogwipo, the hotel is very close to the limo airport bus stop which was handy. Rooms are quite spacious, nice colour schemes and recently painted. Comfy beds, not too hard, good shower pressure and heat. No breakfast but a Paris Baguette up the hill. We are divers so it was a good base for us to dive from for a day with another day spent in Hallasan National Park

The Hotel Little France is a Top Hotel.
You can stay for 50 000 Won in the 2F Floor.

The Room is very clean and they clean it daily, the hotelmanager does everything to make you feel comfortable, we stayed 4 nights and even we could give for 15 000 Wons our clothes(5kg) for washing&drying.
Room is simple built with a Shower a big bed , refrigerator and some moskito nets on the windows.Even a AC is included.
It was a perfect stay. The location is near several bars, restaurants and the pedestrian zone in Seogwipo, to the waterfalls its only a 10 min Walk(Jeonbang Waterfalls and Cheonjeyeon Waterfalls), to the famous Jungmun Beach its by cab 15 min(aproximatley 15 000 won).

We stayed 4 nights at this hotel. We were impressed with the room and the service the front desk person provided. A added bonus was the PC with internet access in the bedroom but it was stationed next to the TV which was at knee high level. I guess it is a cultural thing, I think Koreans generally prefer to do things on the floor i.e sleep, eat, watch TV etc. The location was pretty good. Close to alot of restaurants and the bus stop. To get around we used the public bus system and taxis.

My biggest recommendation is soon as you arrive at Jeju airport. Call the hotel and ask the front desk person to organise a taxi to pick you up. I think they have an arrangement with a taxi company and therefore are able to secure an excellent rate for trips between the hotel and the airport. I can't remember exactly but I think it is half the going rate, was it $20,000 won??. Worthwhile especially when there are 2 or more in your group.

Just returned from 5 nights in this hotel. Location was good.
Room rates are reasonable. We have stayed in the Modern room for Won50,000 P.N.
Although room needed an updating, it was equeeped with all the essentials (including free internet). Many cafes and restaurants are near by.
