“Free shuttle and location is the reason for stay”
Reviewed July 31, 2013

We stayed at this hotel due to transit before we continue our flight to Indonesia. The hotel itself needs major renovation. The room is horrible, beds is so hard even though we just had long flight, it's still difficult to sleep.

The only reason we stay here is because of free shuttle and good location as so many restaurants and supermarket around the hotel.

This is by far the WORST hotel that I have stayed in! The pictures were deceiving; the actual hotel looks nothing like the ads. The bathroom was gross, didn't look like it had been cleaned and the sink was leaking, so the whole floor was wet. I didn't want to take my shoes off to walk on the bare floor. The white comforter looked like it has stains on it and I was afraid to sleep under the covers. The floors are not wood, rather they are wood looking stickers lining the floor (the stickers were peeling, causing a hazard). The shuttle driver got to the airport fairly quickly, but did not load my luggage instead opting to watch me load it. He drove fast and we got to the hotel from the airport in 10 minutes. The actual hotel looks sleazy and is located in a questionable part of town. I did not feel safe there. The front desk clerks were rude and acted as if I were bothering them. The best thing about this hotel is that there is a Dunkin Donuts on the corner and the WIFI is superb. WOULD NOT stay here again, even if the paid me.

Flying out of Incheon Airport at odds hours can be stressful enough, especially with 0500 departures. So to avoid that I drive up to Incheon, stay at the Sky Hotel for 80,000 won per night and get a good sleep before heading off to travels. The hotel is located within 5 minutes of the airport and they will take you there via shuttle for free, pick you up as well. YOu can park your car there for 8000 per day, first 2 days are free. Parking at the airport is 10,000 per day, if you can find it in long term.
The hotel offers internet, big screen TV, breakfast, and is very clean. Korea had developed a rep for "love motels" that were cheap and offered mirrors on the ceiling stuff but these travellor hotels are much different, suitable for couples or families and I notice everytime I stay the huge influx of foriegnors staying in the area. There must be 30 such hotels in this 20 block area and there are plenty of shops and eateries around within walking distance and many speak English. I have notices alot of Chineese, Indians, Vietnamese and Filipinos staying in the area so I guess the word is out - dont take a taxi all the way to Seoul (45 minutes away) just to stay in a hotel, hop on a shuttle to New Town - Incheon, which is inexpensive, comfortable, and relaxing.

Fine for a stop over. Make sure you bring the receipt from your online payment. I didn't, and had to pay twice for one room.

Hotel is somewhat smelly, but service is fine, staff speak English very well for Asian standards. Nice donut shop nearby (yay for Dunkin' Donuts!). Bathroom was clean, bed was clean, and room was a very comfortable size.

Room Tip: Take the time to stroll around if you have the time. Seoul is safe.

We broke our flight to Paris with an overnight stop-over in Seoul. The Sky Hotel is near to the airport and provides a free shuttle to-from.
The hotel is basic, but clean. The front desk service was good - with English speakers.
No in-house restaurant, but many cafes and restaurants in the surrounding streets. This is not a tourist spot - residential suburb for airport and related workers. Nothing much to see as you stroll around the streets, but we felt perfectly safe.

The bed was the usual very hard style we are used to experiencing in Asia, but we managed a good night's sleep.

A convenient option for a short stop-over, but not for an extended stay.

Spent one night. Basic but fine. Clean. Comfy bed. Best wifi in three weeks in Asia. Free airport shuttle. Call from the airport and they'll pick you up on the third level. Would stay there again. Affordable. No restaurant but donut shop next door. Other eateries nearby.

Arrived in Incheon and picked up my rental car for a 10 minute drive to the Hotel Sky. Would have taken less time but I got lost. Easy to get to, I just spaced. No restaurant at the hotel but there's one right across the street as well as a little convenience store just a few steps away. SK gas station right around the corner open early but very pricey gas. Room was fine for an overnighter - clean and quiet. Everything worked as advertised. Instructions in the room showed me how to turn the lights off and on by using the TV remote control. Interesting, but I figured it out. Typical Korean bed - very hard mattress, but I slept well just the same. Staff was very helpful and I found it to be a nice stay. Can't beat the price.
