The Hotel facilities (Rooms, Lifts, Carpets, furniture, ...etc) look very old & not maintained properly. The hotel location is close to ICN Airport, i,e. 20 minutes instead of 90 minutes by car, but the overall hotel grade is lower than expected for its category. Restaurant serving Breakfast was of limited selection. 15 minutes walk to reach the nearest deli shop or so, Pizza orders from outside are OK in price & time.

Room Tip: Select Non Smoking Room with WINDOW, as the Non Smoking Room still has Smoke Smell in the furniture...

Stayed at the hotel for one night only during a stop-over in South Korea. The reception staff managed the large intake of guests extremely efficiently. The room was small and dated however it was clean, contained sufficient amenities and the bed and pillows were reasonably comfortable. The checkout was similarly efficient and friendly. As we were only in South Korea for one night, we were eager to see Seoul and an AU$30 cab ride later we were in the middle of the city.

Good location, which serve our party's needs. Although the hotel is visible aged, the rooms and their accommodations were pleasant. The front desk staff were par excellent, and had no problems communicating in English. I have allergies, and the staff acted immediately- to include front desk, room maids, and manager to move me to a room better suited for my needs. The restaurant was quaint but again the staff were pleasant, and food fit for human consumption. The gym was small but bright with natural lighting which offered a nice view of the port area while working out. If in Incheon agian, I'd stay.

The hotel is located on top of a small hillock,a 1 minute drive from the street below. The parking area and the rooms facing the parking lot afford a view of the Incheon port, with working cranes and ships being visible. The lobby has average looks. The reception is manned efficiently by the staff who speak and understand English. Two Elevators connect to the rooms above from the lobby.

The air conditioned rooms are pretty basic, having a comfortable double bed,two single seater sofa with cloth covers,a centre wooden table, with three lamps trying to light up the room.Surprisingly, there is no lighting in the ceiling. An aged Samsung TV (with big backside panel) of yesteryears sits atop a wooden section having a small refrigerator below. There are no electricity charging points provided in the room or the bathroom for charging your cellphones or laptops. An old model iron safe is provided, for which I needed to call a person from reception to fix it up.My room had large windows overlook the Incheon harbour area.Sadly, there are no tea/coffee maker.Bathrobes and slippers are provided. The bathroom has a small bath tub.
My order for a coffee to room service ,costing KRW 6100 in the morning was promptly served in 10 minutes. The buffet breakfast is an average affair, with 3 juices, bread slices,2 types of breads, some fruit cuts,3-4 non vegetarian dishes,3 salads,tea/coffee etc.
The hotel has restaurants and conference room.Ample parking exists.
It took me 40 minutes in a cab around 9am in the morning to reach the hotel from the Incheon International Airport on a weekday. The hotel is 5 minutes walking distance from the Incheon Railway Station, which is the last/starting station on the Seoul Subway Line 1.It takes about one hour to travel in the metro from the Incheon station to the main Seoul station. The area around the Incheon station is dotted with restaurants, provision stores, bars etc.Ample taxis are stationed outside the station at all hours.

Room Tip: Go for rooms overlooking the harbour area.

It is an OK hotel, the neighbourhood is dim really, although China Town is next door, it is not the China Town you would expect, it is merely a few streets with a few restairenats and gift shops. I am finding it difficult to see why anyone would chose this hotel (I have not chosen it myself) when in Incheon/Seoul.
The bed is comfortable though and I had a few good night sleeps.

We arrived late in Korea and check in around 11:30pm. We were told to buy our own food at 7-Eleven Incheon International Airport before leaving for Paradise Hotel. We were given a triple room with 1 queen size and 1 single bed. Lighting is too dim and toilet lighting is not bright especially at the bath tub area. Otherwise is okay and acceptable. Staff are not friendly and only of them speaks English. Since it's only for a night, we can still accept this.
