Very well organised transfer to this very new, very modern hotel just minutes from the terminal. Speedy check-in though there were a lot of us on the same coach. Dinner for the stopover huests was in a different restaurant to the ones available to the 'routine' guests, but was good value for being included in the cost.

We had to have two rooms, as all rooms are double or twin and the opo-up beds are really only for smaller children than our 7 year old. The swimming pool was amazing, the gym and fitness club facilities looked great too. Breakfast was excellent, far too much choice including much that was Korean and not western.

Niggles - only the lack of family room, lack of wireless internet and the amazingly out of context CRT television. Lets face it none of these are so detrimental to an overnight between flights.... Friendly staff who just could not do enough for us.

Stayed at the Hyatt during a long haul flight from Australia with Korean Air. Excellent staff, they couldn't do enough for you. Easy transit to and from Incheon airport. As a lone female traveller I was concerned of the transit procedure but it was so easy. Free shuttle bus every 20 mins. Vouchers for dinner, breakfast and lunch. Meals at the hotel all buffet style and all had an excellent choice for all tastes. Breakfast in Restaurant 8 was amazing so much choice. The pool and gym facilities were wonderful after a long haul flight. Room so comfortable, the pillows and duvet were so soft. Bathroom spotless.

There is alot of building work going on in the area but my room was on the 10th floor so noise was not a problem.

The biggest thing of note for me was the staff. Always there and so polite and smiling.

Room Tip: I don't think noise from the building site would be a problem on the lower floors but might be w...

Really just a transit stop on the way to somewhere else but what a great hotel. Beautifully appointed(we had a junior suite) with helpful staff and a great restaurant. Good shuttle service to airport. Pool and gym area very enjoyable.Everything spotless and comfortable. Plenty of other supposedly 5 star hotels could learn a thing or 2.

Room Tip: Junior suite was nice.

The Hyatt Incheon is located in Incheon, not in Seoul. Reaching Seoul Down Town it’s a 75 min journey considering average traffic conditions, Just to point out that if you are looking for an Hotel 5 minutes walking from Down Town, The Royal Place and the traditional Korean shopping district this is not the best choice. The location is perfect for business and 2 minutes far from the Incheon Airport. Hyatt provide always an high standard of services. The SPA and the swimming pool are located at the second floor, and they are fully equipped. The staff is extremely professional and trained. The cleaning of the whole hotel is not an object, it is always excellent.
The rooms are comfortable and wide, allowing the customers a relaxed working and resting environment. Some rooms, like mine at 7th floor must be renewed. The TV set is obsolete such as the curtain system closing the bathtub. I know that only some rooms have not been renewed but it is compulsory to update the obsolete rooms. In any case the overall opinion is excellent . The restaurant "8" offers different menus: Italian, Japanese, Korean style, further a selection of international dishes such as Cesar Salad, or Pepper Steak. The chef is Italian and the Italian dishes are good and tasty. Nothing in Korea is economic, so prices are usually expensive in restaurant and bar. Of course it is possible to find Korean street food at few Euros. At my arrival there was a small inconvenience with my wing card, it was not able to open the door, and it took about 10 minutes to solve the matter. When I checked out the concierge manager on duty offered me a free Limousine Transfer to apologize.
This small things make the difference, you feel really a valued guest. Who cares if the TV set in the room was old style, they have to change it for sure, but is not a modern TV set to make the difference…an excellent customer service makes the difference, that’s the reason why the evaluation of the hotel is excellent.

Stayed here as part of a stopover package on my way to Europe. What a great deal! Flawless service, picked up at airport, checked in without fuss, shuttle back to airport to catch ongoing flight. Big comfortable well appointed room, but query whether it's really 5 star. Great restaurants. Vouchers for meals, food is great. Not much to see out there, but the hotel does offer a few very good value short tours for transit passengers.

If you are traveling to Australia or New Zealand then and you have a stop over then fly with Korean Airways and stay at The Hyatt Regency next to the airport. What a great hotel, we stayed here on our way back from Australia on the 11 Feb 2012 for one night, wished we had stayed longer. They have a free shuttle to and from the airport and the staff are all so friendly and helpfull can't do enough for you, we had a room on the 11 floor what a room very large tea & coffee mini bar (charge) great luxury bathroon with special toilet that has a heated seat, yes heated with bidet washers say no more.
The large bed was a bit hard but was great after a 10 hour flight, large screen tv, nice easy chair with foot stool and desk with internet (charge)
There are plenty of lifts which are fast and one of them is on the outside so you get a great view as you travel.
Restaurant 8 on the ground floor was just incredible with 3 buffet food stations, The Italian with a great choice of starters, such as Smoked Salmon & Trout, Large Prawns, Scallops, salads and choice of main course's Steaks, Fish, Pork that is cooked fresh for you, endless choice's, we had a starter of smoked Salmon, prawns, scallops with mixed salad with a choice of sauces, the salmon was so so so good you just wanted more. There was so much to choose from. This station is also your breakfast buffet with again such a choice of cooked and cold food with eggs being cooked fresh for you as you to your requirement.
Then the Noodles station with such a wide selection just walking round made you feel hungry with dishes that smelled and looked so good, chicken in black bean sauce, pork, crab legs, Peking Duck, Squid, cooked fish and arrange of fresh vegetables, noodles or rice that you select yourself, which are then cooked to your requirements, we had ours stirfried with roast duck with a spicy sauce delicious mmmmmmmmm. Your taste buds are well and truly tested. All cooked fresh for you by a team of chefs.
Then the 3rd station The Bakery again with a great selection of deserts, cakes, including a ice cream cabinet this also at breakfast is were you get a range fresh cooked bread & rolls, cereal's including pancakes and range of fruit. There is so much choice you could easly put on eat your self stupid but enjoy every bit.
They have a large selection of wines that are displayed in two large glass rooms in the middle of the restaurant it's just incredible to see. The staff are great and the service first class you could just eat drink and sit there all night enjoying the atmospher. You could try the casino or the gym with in door pool so it has everything, it even only took us a few minutes to check out this is what I would call first class no wonder it's a 5 star.

Room Tip: Any room it's modern and quiet no mater were you are.

It is very convenient hotel for transit passengers who must wait connection flights. Hyatt Regency is in 800 meters only from Airport. Hotel provide free shuttle with interval of 20 minutes. Stuff is well-trained. Every service in the hotel is perfect. I recommend this hotel especially to transit passengers which connection flight departure is very early.

Room Tip: Club floors are perfect (but you need to have Hyatt Gold Card).
