I have been travel around and been staying at quite a lot of hotels. It was the first experience i have in such a korean hotel with a poor operator and poor house keeping.
I never been experiencing for lost of my personal bath towel and this time it happened at this hotel. As i stay there for 2 days, therefore, the 2nd day morning, i left all my luggage and towel inside the room. However, when i came back to the room at night, i found that my towel was gone. I called and checked with the operator. However, he can't understand english properly, and after i explained for few times, then he just can understand my situation. But he talk to me in a bad manner. I said that my towel was gone and i think that it may be taken by their housekeeping. He asked me " then when you put?" Stupidla, sure i put in the room la.... asked such a stupid question.
He said to me that the housekeeping had already go back and he will check and call back to me tomorrow. Finally, he didn't call me at all and he also didn't apologize on my lost of bath towel and never reply to me. It's really bad and poor services.
