I am stationed in Osan and we took a short trip with my wife to Ramada Jeju Plaza for three days. Great location, easy access to the airport convenient to find places to eat and shop. We were able to call masseur to our room, we had great fun at their casino as well. Though we planned out our trip beforehand the overly comfortable bed got us to sabotage. We are definitely planning on going back there during summer!More

Stayed in Ramada Plaza Jeju for two nights. I would say the hotel is well rounded and strong on their basics. The room was clean bed was one of the most comfortable I ever laid on. Their breakfast was delicious with a lot of variety provided. We had sea side view room located in 7th floor it was absolutely stunning. Me and my girlfriend we would stroll in the morning to feel the slow and laid back atmosphere of Jeju which was quite different from Seoul vibe. It was also interesting to see the Haenyoes (sea women) going out in the sea to collect sea shells even in the city.

Everything from the parking garage to the bedroom was sparkling clean! The vibe of the hotel was upscale but not stuffy and/or uncomfortable (like, you didn't feel out of place wearing a tshirt and sweats to breakfast or dinner) Speaking of food, it was great! Loads of options and a very friendly wait staff to help you find things. I would definitely stay here again if I ever come back to Jeju City :)

The hotel is huge, and very grand with a large lobby area and several in-house restaurants you could have your meals at. They also have a pianist in the evenings, so it's great if you want to listen to some music and chill in the lobby.
Check-in was a breeze, and we found out that parking is free in the hotel, so if you're driving around Jeju you don't have to worry about that. The location is near the airport, but just a note for those who are planning to go around the island more, it may take you longer to get to attractions if you don't drive as it took us an average of 30mins to get to places.
The room was big and comfortable, and even had a balcony which we really appreciated as it was snowing when we were there, and it gave us an opportunity to enjoy the snow without having to be out in the "open".

Nice hotel. I really appreciated the evening atmosphere with the piano that have set cozy and relaxing evenings (close to the casino and bar) !
I recommend as well the Korea bedroom really typical with the bed and the shoes

Stayed at the Ramada Plaza at the end of June. We had a large double king bed with a patio and ocean view. The front reception staff were courteous and helpful with any questions we had about the hotel. However, the highlight of the hotel was the concierge service. They were extremely informative and helpful in finding local eats and tour suggestions. They followed up with me throughout our stay to make sure our visit was maximized. If we ever come back to Jeju, we will most likely stay at the Ramada Plaza because of their excellent hospitality and service. Highly recommend this hotel!
