Overall a very good choice, but most of the stuff to buy at the hotel area is highly priced.
Tips:
Stay away from the japanese/korean restaurant at 1th floor - this is rubbish, both food and prices.
If you want spa/massage use the centre just across the road, its cheaper and better.

We stayed one night here and wasn't impressed as we got a smoking room although we asked for a non-smoking one. The odor wasn't so bad, so we just let it go and the room was clean as well.

The hotel staffs were not friendly. Instead of serving us during check-in, they were chatting in Korean until we would say "execuse me?".

Lots of seafood restaurants outside the hotels, but I found them overprice after our taxi driver took us to some nice restaurants the next day.

Staff were great, however hotel had some downsides. Breakfast buffet was not included with the room, you have to pay to use the gym, and the air conditioning was still not turned on in the entire hotel (not unbearably hot in the rooms). Location was nice, great view of the sea.

Stayed here for four days with my wife. It's right on the beach, great service and great food. The staff was amazing. The all spoke English very well from what I saw. Will definitely be back.

There is a poster written in English near information desk saying a shuttle bus leaves at7:05 in the evening taking guests to see a show called "jump". The reception said to me just wait outside for the bus. However, at7:00 the rude bus driver said to me his bus only picks up japanese! Only japanese??!!! Then the poster should be written in japanese, not in english!!! Or the reception could have informed me this?

Can the manager please at least put a sign saying the bus only serves japanese so we know jump only welcomes japanese!?

The experience was what I expected from a Ramada chain hotel. Well located, friendly service with some English spoken, free parking. Our room overlooked the water and it was nice sleeping with the sound of lapping waves. Hotel meals are a bit pricey which is also no surprise.
