We are happy with the family suite. It comes with a big living room, one toilet and one bathroom.

The staff can speak English. There are many eateries and convenience stores nearby.

There was a power failure in the middle of the night. The room became very warm and the emergency lighting in the room was very bright. As a result, we couldn’t sleep.

On the day we checked out, there was a strike by the taxi drivers. The staff did not offer any suggestions but gave the “not my problem” kind of attitude. Luckily, we got a private driver to send us to the airport.

Our first night at Jeju was at this hotel. The chinatown is just opposite and there are many shops along the road on both sides of the hotel. There are convenience stores, shoe marts, Korean food outlets and many more just a stone's throw away. When you are new to this place, it is a great place to stay as you can venture out of the hotel at night and look for things you need for the rest of your travel.
There are English speaking staff and the breakfast spread is good. I would stay here again if I chance on Jeju island in the future.

Room tip: Choose rooms facing the street. There are lots of lights at night from the streets.

my overall experience staying in this hotel was great. The breakfast, the bedroom, the staff, service, the hotel building all was great. And nearby the hotel there are CU and GS 25, so no need to worry finding something in the middle of the night.

The distance from the Jeju International airport only need ±30 mins using bus.

We stayed on the first and last night of our Jeju visit to allow us access the Jeju airport at ease (about 10 mins or less by taxi) and cost (about 5000 wons). It is also located in at the town center for restaurants.

The room is small, bathroom design can be better (to avoid flooding the floor during showering).

The service is weak (e.g. no porter assistance, no calling taxi for customers, no shuttle bus to the airport, no concierge service etc.) except a few odd staff might help you with their own initiative.

Air condition was not working during my first night - was asked to open the window to regulate the temperature.

The breakfast is below average.

Prior to the trip, i had issues trying to obtain the phoen number of the hotel for GPS purpose. Good thing that the GPS i rented has the address of the hotel.

Hotel has basement parking and the rooms were clean and comfortable. Its the typical hotel chain kinda service and standards. Staff speaks english but lacks the warmth.
The rooms are big and have the basic necessities.

Near to a lot of restaurants but can get too noisy at times. Same thing, they dont on the air condition during winter but Jeju wasnt that cold. Our room was adjacent to the lift which we had some problems trying to open the window yet maintaining the privacy. Something for the hotel to look into?
