We arrived with very high expectations from this hotel and left much disappointed. Front desk staff were rude, unhelpful, and completely unorganised all throughout our stay. Attempts of getting any information from staff were often met with uncertain looks and blank faces. More often than not, we would be referred to a tourism information desk that was rarely ever manned. And when there is someone available, would provide incorrect and inadequate information. Our rooms were not properly kept either, with obvious signs of a rushed job.
Oddly though, bins were not regularly emptied and towels (tiny things, by the way) were sometimes not replaced.
I will add however, the sea side location and views of the Gwangan Bridge are outstanding.
