we went to BIFF both in the day & night and prefer the night atmosphere. If you love shopping, this is the place in Busan. For muslim travellers no worries about food because we found 2 kebab stalls here. 3000won per kebab. A must place to visit in Busan.

If you are going to Busan Tower walking from main street, you will walk through this road. On one end is Lotte Department. Its a highstreet area. Many shops on left and right along the road which has limited access to motor vehicles. I stop at ABC mart and bought sportshoes.

BIFF square is the first place that I visited during my stay in Busan. It was a very crowded place but a good place for shoppers. This place is really big, and is divided into a few sections, selling different types of things. Food choice is good, many food stalls and also restaurants along the street.

Do make sure you take a street map of BIFF square or look at the visitors signage at the entrance of the street to have some idea of this place.

I first visit this place on a Sunday afternoon. It was super crowded. Very long queue at the 2 famous store selling "hotteok" ( BIFF signature snack). You can see almost everyone holding one in their hand, cost 1,000 KRW, taste not bad. Further up, there is a row of vendors (mainly Ajuma) selling Kimbap, glass noodles. People sat on stools to have their meal, very interesting.

This area is a one-stop shopping for me. Walk further up, you can find Gwangbok-ro fashion street, Market and Lotte Department Store is not too from there. I can find street food, souvenir items like fridge magnet of Busan and almost all brands Korean cosmetics store (some store are tax free, remember to asked for a form if you spend at least 30,000 KRW).

You can also find fast-food like Mac, KFC and cafe in that area too.
