“Haeundae Beach is icon of Busan”
Reviewed March 14, 2013

To get to the beach is easy. Travellers can take coach or citybus tour to get to Haeundae beach. When I came to the beach around 11.00 am the sky is cloudy, so the scenery is not clear. Some tall buildings are covered by clouds.
This beach is nice for strolling. Lots of Korean's people were strolling and playing with their dogs on the beach. It's great place for visitors who will come to Busan to spend their leisure time.

“A good beach”
Reviewed March 3, 2013

It is a good stretch of beach, and its a lively location. There is an Indian restaurant right opposite the beach.

“Beautiful beach & stunning sunset”
Reviewed February 25, 2013

Haeundae Beach is usually touted as Korea's best beach, and it certainly is one of the best! I was there in winter, so there weren't as many people, but it was beautiful and clean. The sunset was amazing and it really showed some great colours. There is also a lovely boardwalk along the back of the beach and you can find some interesting sculptures there. It has great potential as a romantic destination, too.

“Best beach in Korea”
Reviewed February 24, 2013

Haeundae Beach is a vibrant night spot with great restaurants nearby. In summer it is packed and you can hire an umbrella and people come around with fried chicken and beer delivered to your spot. You can also have the very unique experience of swimming at the beach Korean style - Koreans can't really swim (unlike an Aussie beach) and so you can only go a little way into the water before you get busted by a life guard on a jetski. But you can hire a tube and laze around. I come here in winter and summer and enjoy it, the weather is usually good all year round.

“Crowded”
Reviewed February 21, 2013

I don't know if it is popular because of the movie or just because it is close to the city, but this beach is almost always packed. Off season, it's not that bad and provides a nice view of the bridge by night.
