I stayed 3 nights at this hotel as it closed Busan Ferry Port( I took a ferry from Fukuoka Japan to Busan). Hotel to Metro station and Ferry Port approx. 5 minutes and 20 minutes on foot respectively. It was a high rise block look likely Japanese hotel. Room was big enough but some rooms at lower zone might face the walls of next buildings at both sides, Hotel facilities and Wi-Fi were acceptable. Reception staff were always very busy as too many guests living here.
Lifts & breakfast room were extremely crowd, you could not easy to get the seats or tables for breakfast time. Attractions were also far away from hotel. Overall of hotel services were common Level.

Room Tip: Don't choose room at lower level at both sides.

Stayed for 2 nights recently and was happy with the set up. The location is 5 minutes from the subway and near to the police & fire station....so safety and security taken care. The airport shuttle stops in front of the hotel and costs 6k per person.

Simple and good quality breakfast. Hot food served hot which is the plus point. The breakfast ladies worked well but very strict checking on the tables frequently. A smile will be better. The Korean food selection was nice and tasty.

The room is simple with very limited space. Just a good room for sleeping.

Excellent location as it is within all the interesting palces like Jalgachi Fish Market and to NopoDong if you are going shopping at the Busan Premium Outlets.

Well recommended for convenience and value for money.

Room Tip: Do ask for higher floors as the restaurant is on 2nd floor

Front office staff was efficient during check-in and check-out.

Rooms were a bit cramped, no place to put our luggage. Beds and pillows comfortable. Amenities were complete (safety deposit box, mini ref, coffee and tea). Bathroom reminds me of the bathroom on cruise ships.

Washing machines / dryers were available free of charge of their guest to use (need to pay for the laundry detergent at 500won).

Location is okey. There's a 7-11 store nearby. Free shuttle going to Busan Station (reservation needed).

Situated next to Busan station. There's also a subway station next to it. Ample food at the opposite main road. Taxi outside the hotel to Gimhae airport around 16k won. The city tour bus stop is also at the door step of this hotel. There's a bus airport limousine at the main road. Very convenient!

Stayed 3 nites from Nov 30 - Dec 3 2013 at this hotel. Arrived there around 0730 in the morning. We could drop the luggage there until 1600 to get the room. Front desk staff was OK despite there was so many guest arriving or checking out. It is a very popular and busy hotel. Room was small. The beds were however comfortable and linen were clean. The free buffet breakfast was good with enough choices. The main drawback of this hotel was their passenger lift. Guest was required to wait 10-15 minutes at peak hours in the morning.

Location was good & about 8 minutes walk from the nearest metro station Jungang-dong. It's about midway between Nampo-dong station & Busan-station.
