This cruise was great. Not too long, but not too short. The guide was very friendly and interactive with the passengers, and we saw plenty of beautiful sights, such as a bald eagle in its nest. There were drinks and snacks sold, and we overall had a great afternoon.

Enjoyed the boat ride on the Hudson, we brought our own lunch and drinks but they sell food and have a full bar. Guides name was Pat she was informative and enjoyable. We were able to see a Bald Eagle. Learned a lot about the History of New York State. Would go again.

We spent a very nice 1.5 hours enjoying the afternoon sightseeing cruise on the Dutch Apple cruise boat. This is a three decked boat, and we chose one of the tables on the top deck, which is open, but mostly covered, so we got to enjoy the late spring day, while also enjoying the shade. Our guide was very pleasant, pointing out sites of interest, as well as describing some of the history of the area. Even though the river was at a very high level with a string current due to heavy rains during the previous week, the trip was very smooth. There is an open bar with a very good selection of beverages and some snacks. There are certainly worse ways to spend a Friday afternoon than sipping a nice Cabernet while cruising the river... We are planning on coming back in the fall to enjoy the autumn colors.

Went on a sightseeing cruise last October, what an enjoyable trip! Fall leaves were beautiful and we got to see an eagle! Boat was very clean, I would definitely do a cruise again if in the area.

Great idea, cruising down the Hudson, but I would prefer to do it in a bit more comfort and style. Most of the boat was enclosed with just a small upper deck and a small forward area. Guest were not permitted on the stern platform (I tried to escape to this area to get away from the noise and was reprimanded by crew). The lower deck was row after row of wooded tables and benches. The middle deck held approximately 7 round tables with 4-5 chairs each. There was a small cash bar on this level. As always, it really depends on your expectations.
