Agree with April 3 review -- nice-enough rooms, balcony with side view of Sea of Galilee, good bkfst & dinner buffets, nice pool, friendly staff. Husband had to go to lobby for wifi signal -- yes, it's expensive. Good location for visiting northern Israel Christian sites.

This hotel was part of our bus tour and pilgrimage to Israel. The rooms were very outdated, the beds were hard as a rock, and needed renovating. Buffet food was okay, nothing special, and a little on the greasy side. When you read their website it says every room has a view....ours was of the garbage that was literally strewn on the ground. No one in our group had a view of the Sea of Galilee, very disappointing.

This is a nice hotel, over the hill in Tiberias. Rooms were fairly clean and nice. You need a car or a Taxi to get to the port and the restaurants area, thats the only bad part of the hotel.
They have a nice outside pool which was not open due to the weather.

The hotel looks out over the northern end of the Sea of Galilee. We enjoyed our stay (as as part of a tour) and there were some strong positives - the view from our room and the dining and lounge areas, the quality of food. But the level of cleanliness was not ideal - a dead cockroach in the corridor outside our room for over 24 hours, and rooms that are 'cleaned' but probably not properly clean. The hotel was over-booked on our first night and our (Palestinian) tour guide needed to get accommodation elsewhere, which was very unfortunate. Staff were mixed. Some amazingly helpful - some grumpy or surly. Hence 'average rating for Service.

Room Tip: Ask for a view of the Sea of Galilee.

Good hotel in a great location with panoramic views of the Sea of Galilee. Big rooms but worn and need for renovation. Good and varied breakfast buffet and dinner buffet. Not open wifi, very expensive to purchase! Nice staff. Nice pool. Free parking.
