Great place to go to get delicious whole fish. They also serve breaded fish fillet for those who don’t want to deal with a fish head on. It is relatively crowded and tables are close so take a deep breath and be patient. Lots of tour buses stop here

This obligatory lunch stop for pilgrims gives you a taste of eating fish along the shoreline of the Sea of Galilee - just as Jesus would have done. The fish is served, head and all, with sides of fries, salads and fresh pita. Since many Americans shy away from a whole fish, the restaurant does serve fillets as well as grilled chicken as alternatives. This is definitely a tourist stop serving a constant influx of visitors. However, the service is fast and most helpful.

I wouldn't recommend this restaurant even though there is not a large choice in the area. The service is very poor and the atmosphere often crowded. The menu has a narrow range of possibilities and the quality of the food quite standard...

As others have noted, this place caters to touring pilgrims. We were there for the St. Peter’s Fish. It was good. But I would have preferred going back in the evening and ordering from the entire menu, which looked more interesting. Service is good.

Spent an enjoyable lunch time here eating the renowned St Peters Fish served in a very relaxed, but canteen style restaurant, mid way through our day around the west side of Gallilee. Good washrooms but slightly impersonal service.
