“Enjoyed the town!”
Reviewed January 11, 2013

The evening shopping was good and the evening laser night show was excellent. I also enjoyed exploring some old ruins from the crusades which were still around.

“A busy commercial city”
Reviewed January 2, 2013

Get used to seeing a bunch of guys and gals walking around with M 16's slung over their shoulders. Everyone seems to be friendly and happy to chat with you.

“Tiberius”
Reviewed December 24, 2012

A visit to this town and the surrounding sites provide an encounter with history. At every turn a different piece of the past appears, and of course human history means religious relics from life as it was. The fact is that Islam, Judaism, and Christianity are all present in Tiberius, with open access to all. Summer is hot, winter is iffy, other seasons are nice and moderate.

“A Historical View of Life 2000 Years Ago”
Reviewed December 13, 2012

Tiberius is well preserved and gives a glimpse of life 2000 years ago. It allows you to visualize how it would have been--living, working, playing, worshiping on the edge of the Sea of Galilee. Definitely worth the trip.
