I spent 4 nights in this hotel with a pilgrimage group and was a little anxious after reading the earlier reviews. However, I was absolutely delighted with the hotel - rooms, services, food were all excellent. After our daily tours we could sit out in the garden, use the outdoor pool or indoor jacuzzi & gym. The staff even put on a farewell party for us the night before we left! Would definitely return again.

Room Tip: Ground floor rooms have terraces to outside

we arrived and got our rooms ok, but when we entered the rooms they were not clean at all.bathroom did not have a walk in shower, was very old fashioned. the beds were not changed throughout the entire week and the staff according to everyone there were not very friendly at all and very unhelpful when asked for any information. we did not enjoy ourselves at all in the hotel, there was also very little atmosphere among the staff or anywhere else in the hote,no swimming pool in use either, even though it was very hot outsidel.stay away from the bali in tiberius.

We stayed in this hotel just one night and I´m glad it was not more. We came on late saturday afternoon (before the end of Shabbat). The hotel was full of children running and screaming around with noone taking care of them...babies, papers, candies, baby shoes, baby clothes,...everything all around the hotel corridors.... Although the children were making noise, we were told off by a group of Jewish women for making bargain while their men were praying. The carpet on the corridor was probably not cleaned since the hotel was opened...dust, papers,....

The room was big and nice, but try not to look under your bed...you might find a contiguous layer of dust :-/ Also the garden outside the room looked quite messy...

The staff at the reception desk was nice, but we only met them twice /when getting and returning the keys.

The food was ok, but some salads were little bit tasteless....

I stayed 4 nights in Bali and the only positive thing about this hotel is the food - there's plenty of selection at the breakfast and dinner buffet. Otherwise, I wouldn't be surprised if the carpets haven't been vaccuumed in at least a year, they were that bad!!! The entire hotel is in dire need of some heavy-duty renovations plus personnel that is interested in serving its guests. The pool was closed because it was "off-season" (34° C really is too cold for swimming!), I rather doubt that it is ever open. The ca. 10 minute taxi ride to Tiberias costs NIS 40, NIS 45 going back (don't ask...).
It really is a shame that this Hotel is so rundown - perched high above the Sea of Galilee it has an awesome view and the gardens are nice as well.
