We stayed here on the first two night of our group-trip through Israel. All in all, it is a nice hotel, but the room we stayed in could have been cleaner. The bathroom especially could do with some maintenance works.
The room was equipped with air conditioning and a refrigerator. Both are very nice when staying in Israel during the hot summer months.
We used the restaurant both for breakfast and dinner. The food was very good and there was plenty of choice for both meatlovers and vegetarians.

The hotel is about 30 minutes from the city center. Especially when returning to the hotel this can be quite a walk, as it means walking uphill. The center is along the lake shore, while the hotel is higher up the mountain. It is possible to take a bus, but we took a taxi back as those are not very expensive.

I stayed at this hotel with a group and was quite dubious of its quality after reading the reviews. However I found it to be a pleasant stay. My room and bathroom were decent and clean, if fairly basic and the staff were friendly. There was a decent buffet for breakfast and dinner. This is a hotel without any frills but an excellent base for a tour group.

We book it when see photos & reading about existing pool, wi fi & double bed
In reality this is very dirty & non-comfortable hotel: pool in another building in 150 meters, wi-fi only exist in 1st floor, double bed in reality twin beds. This hotel needs deep repairing & more feutures to be a 3-1/2 * hotel as advertised

This place is absolutely infested by cockroaches. We stayed there for 2 nights and I only discovered that fact on the second night when I woke up at 4am and saw them everywhere, huge ones, running on the suitcase, in the wardrobe, on the curtains, in the bathroom, flying above our heads. God knows how many walked on me when I was asleep on the first night. We packed our bags and left the room. To see them running in the restaurant during breakfast.

Before staying in this hotel we reviewed the official website, coffee and tea making facilities: check. Air Con: check. It seemed like a nice hotel. On arriving with our party of 12 we were given a "welcome drink" of a tiny glass of weak lemon cordial. We then made our way to our room with our cases. The "bell boys" would have done it but no doubt would have wanted a tip, if locals so much as breath in Israel it seems a tip from the tourists is required.. The first thing that hit us on entering the room was the heat, the second the stench of cigarette smoke. No problem, we thought, turn on the AC - only the staff have decided it's not hot enough to warrant it (it is if you've come from a freezing UK winter) so it wont work and they aren't going to change their minds. OK, open the window, the traffic noise is so loud we can barely hear ourselves but at least there's some (warm) airflow and over the next 48 hours the stench of tobacco slowly subsides. Our friends made more of a fuss over the smell and were basically offered a can of air freshener! OK, well we'll have a nice cup of tea - great except this has yet to be provided so it water only. 2 shameless lies on the website then - isn't there something in the Torah about that? The food is fairly standard Israel hotel fare, olives, salad, over-cooked meat, stodgy rice/potatoes you know the sort of thing, their awful fat-based cream substitute. The restaurant is reminiscent of a school dining room but it does the job. Staff throughout the hotel have the typical Israeli brusqueness you should come to expect. On the plus side despite what others have written Tiberius IS in easy walking distance and there are some nice shops, ATMs that probably wont accept your card, and views but if you get the chance to stay in the kibbutz on the other side of the sea I would jump at the chance, it's a thousand times better.
