We were recommended this restaurant by an Israeli friend who said it was amazing. Well, he was right! From the gentleman who took my reservation (very polite and friendly) to the food (excellent cooking and quality) it was all a great experience including the view over Rosh Pinna and the valley. I would say this is probably one of the best restaurants in Israel and worth the effort to locate it. The restaurant is very near the old part of Rosh Pinna. You can spend the afternoon walking off your lunch looking around the rather quaint shops there. Be warned that the restaurant is reached by climbing some very steep steps and there are no facility to accommodate the wobbly! Plenty of parking if you are driving.

Well we knew it was going to be pricey - but we did expect much more .
The restaurant is quite formal - waiting staff standing quietly to attention whilst customers finish their plates.(This , by the way, can be quite annoying , especially if you are the last people to arrive - you feel as if you are keeping them from getting home after a long day at work.)
The food was good , but really no better than most other eateries in the area.Food in Israeli restaurants is on the whole excellent - imaginative and delicious - this was not exceptional in that sense. The interior of the restaurant desperately needed an injection of atmosphere as it was like sitting in the living room of an old aunt - nice but a little jaded .
They did cater well for the various food allergies we have as a family and overall we enjoyed our meal .It was however , the most expensive meal we have ever eaten and we eat out a lot , all over the world , in the centre of major European capitals and elsewhere .We were dumbfounded by the whole thing but the fact there was only one other table occupied sums it up .
