“Very Good Restaurant in the Bourse District”
Reviewed April 9, 2014

Blackstone is a Kosher bistro & lounge type restaurant that is located inside the Indigo boutique hotel.
We went there for lunch and ordered from the Business Menu (there are 2 types, one for 89NIS and another for 139NIS. Drinks and Desserts not included).

For starters we tried the Market vegetable salad which was good and the Greens and root vegetables salad which turned out to be delicious. Both dishes were larger than we assumed for a starter dish. Also tried the White grouper Carpaccio which also tasted nice but was dipping in too much olive oil. For mains we had fried Striped Bass fillet and Mini triple burger, both dishes recommended, and Organic chicken escalope that didn't make the bar.

Of all the desserts we tried, the Halva Mousse was the clear winner.

Service was very professional, returned a dish we didn't like with no questions asked. Prices overall are a little expensive so I would only consider ordering from the Business Menu.

“Absolutely wonderful!”
Reviewed January 19, 2014

We had a 3-course dinner at the Blackstone restaurant.
The restaurant, which is located next to the lobby of hotel Indigo Tel Aviv, is beautifully decorated.
Dinner was absolutely amazing, with dishes catering to both carnivores and vegetarians alike.
Service at the restaurant was very good, as well.
Our fear of a less-than-good food quality due to the restaurant being Kosher disappeared the minute we tried our first dish.
Everything was very tasty and beautifully presented, as seen in the photos.
The price is apx. 50US$ per person for a 3-course dinner with non-alcoholic drinks. It is totally worth it, as the quality of the food (and its presentation, too) are absolutely stunning.
Highly recommended!
