The review refers to CafeCafe at 40 Bialik Street, Ramat Gan

Relatively new, this branch is located opposite City Hall, right in the centre of town. It's very popular, and the popularity is well deserved. Friendly and quick service, diverse menu, excellent fresh bread and really good coffee. A friendly tip: don't be fooled by 'Israeli brealfast", "Healthy breakfast" and other combos. In the morning, you can order right what you want (omelette-bread coffee, salad-muffins-tea, etc, etc) a la carte and pay less. The same applies for other branches. Bon appetit!

Food was okay, but one seems to be responsible for the guest. Had to wait quite long to order the food and to order dessert i give up after half an hour waiting.

The cafe is understaffed, service is slow and very rude. The food is mediocre, and usually served after a a long time, sometimes cold. The bathroom is not in the area (it's in the synagogue in the next block), and is quite filthy.
If you can - find a better place to eat than that.
