One of our party ended up not being able to come, and these folks were wonderful as we worked through the necessary changes, as well as being flexible and compassionate! This was my second stay here and I love the excellent location, food and the friendly customer care.

This is an unpretentious older style hotel. It is in a good location about five minutes walk from the beach lift and the central square. It offers comfortable but (to the spoilt 21st century generation) basic accommodation including air conditioning, bathroom and television. It charges little and provides little. Reception was continuously manned. The staff were friendly and extremely helpful. The service they provided was of a very high standard.
The room was not the smallest that I had in Israel and it was quiet and fit for purpose.
The only serious omission was a kettle. The television was very poor quality and distorted when viewed sitting down or slightly to the side.
This is good value for money and you get what you pay for. All things considered, it was pretty good.

Ok place to stay. Good location right near the beach, rooms are basic but fairly clean with ok facilities. Its a bit overpriced, but it is an awesome location.
Really good and helpful staff. Offered us to change to multiple rooms when the first one smelled like smoke. This place is very close to needing a renovation. But overall I can't say anything bad about it.

This was a nice hotel in Netanya. Its set a little bit away from the beach and the main area of the town in a more residential area. The staff were helpful and gave me a larger room than I booked for, but if I had a normal room, then I think it would be pretty small. The breakfast was also good and WIFI was free in all areas of the hotel, which can be something of a rarity in Israel so I very much appreciated this. If you have any mobility problems then I would be concerned about the stairs. There are steps up to the lift and down to each floor level which is a bit arkward if you have big bags. I was pleased with the hotel overall and it was a 10 minute walk to the restaurants.

Pleasant hotel, comfortable bed, friendly people, good breakfast and (free) internet in the lobby. Would probably have got another star if there'd been a kettle and tea bags (or coffee sachet) in the room.

Room Tip: no advice- my room OK
