This kosher dairy restaurant in Kikar HaAtzmaut has consistently good food. We have stopped here a number of times travelling between Tel Aviv and the north over the past two years, both in the evening and for breakfast. Everything we have ordered has been great, including classic Israeli breakfasts, homemade pastas, and fish dishes (in French styles common to Netanya). The large outdoor seating area is popular in good weather, although there is currently an extensive renovation project ongoing in the Square so the view and ambiance are not great right now. We expect that once the project is finished (summer 2013) it will be nicer than ever. The whole area is adjacent to the cliff promenade over the sea, and walking distance from the beach elevator. Very easy to reach from the highway (main Netanya exit) and there is a new municipal parking lot which is free in the evenings.
