The other reviews are very accurate about the fantastic balconies in this hotel, best we've ever had and effectively another room with loungers and a dining table. The fitments in the suite were also good. But there's hardly any room for clothes so beware of you are ther more than a few days. Nor anywhere to leave your suitcase out. The entrance to the bathroom means you can't open the wardrobe at the same time, be careful if there's two of you! The hotel is very mean with its toiletries and towels. We bought more of the former and asked several times for more of the latter, which they then brought
Breakfast in the small room on the ground floor was ok. Freshly made omelettes were great but otherwise poor for a hotel of this standard in Israel. Breakfast downstairs on the sabbath when the hotel was full was horrendous. It was like being imprisoned at a function you felt obliged to go to and knew no-one.
The pool got the sun in the afternoon but was not particularly attractive, we preferred the tremendous balcony which had the sun late afternoon. There was no information about other hotel facilities which is very unusual although it does have a spa and gym. No bar and the only open seating area is in reception
Svetlana on reception was particularly helpful and Moshe in the breakfast room also very pleasant. There were no problems parking
At the right price and for a few days only this hotel is fine. But not for a long stay nor when it's busy
