Fauzi Azar Inn by Abraham Hostels

I stayed for five nights at Fauzi Azar. I stayed in a 6 person dorm & liked having unbunked beds. There is lots of space in the dorm. The breakfast is wonderful as well as the constant supply of coffee, tea & cake. The Inn is very clean & I can't express enough how convenient & hygienic it is to have soap & paper towels in communal bathrooms. I highly recommend this Inn. My only complaint was my dorm room was right off reception & the reception girls at night would play music off the computer. I asked them to turn the music low but felt as courtesy it should have been a given at 11pm.

I had read a few reviews of this place before going, but I wasn't expecting it to be so good. I got there with my bycicle and I was able to leave it in a corner inside the building. They were professional and helpful and the place was clean and very authentic. I slept in room 7, a 10 bed dormitory. The room was very big, and there were clean sheets and towels. In the morning they have this really nice breakfast and the lovely tour around the old city. Highly recomended! Plus, I got to meet really nice people, as they have sofas all around the place and it's easy to find other guests to talk to.

I travel a lot and there's a lot of things I like to have in the place I stay. Fauzi azar ticked all the boxes. Professional. Clean. Courteous. Helpful. And little extras that you don't normally get in somewhere that has dorm rooms.

Speaking of dorm rooms. I slept in the big one downstairs. It was light and airy with high ceilings crisp fresh linen and towels.

This place makes your nazareth stay perfect and if like me you choose to do the jesus trail they are ultra helpful and have maps etc for free.

Well done fauzi azar Inn this is what hospitality should be ...

In the heart of the old city, it is a very charming building. Can accommodate several travel-types, from back packers to more comfort-loving pilgrims. Breakfast is authentic and fresh. The free tour in the morning is a helpful addition to the city visit. Cleaning should be improved.

We are five couples in our sixties who stayed two nights in Fauzi Azar Inn from 1-3 May 2014. It is not a luxury hotel, more like a hostel, - but it´s a jewel of a place, situated in the middle of the old town. It was a bit difficult to find, but if you go through the market instead of following the road past the Basilica, you have signs telling the way.
After having entered one of these old doors with just a small doorway in the middle, you come into an open courtyard with stairs up to the next floors. We stayed in double rooms with a shower and wc. The rooms are cosy and spacious and there are wonderful views of the town. The place has an intimate and peaceful atmosphere.
Breakfast is OK, and the staff very helpful. If ever visiting Nazareth again, we would definitely choose the Fauzi Azar Inn again.

Room Tip: I think all the double rooms ensuite are very OK.

Yes, it may not be five star, but it feels like you have everything you need and much more. We stayed in Room 12, a large top floor corner room with a view of the Basilica and St Joseph's, a very modern bathroom and a large shared well furnished terrace outside. The bed was excellent as were the linens. The breakfast was fabulous...a middle eastern dream feast with everything veggie. Free drinks and cakes and fruit all day and use of a splendid kitchen. Lots of outdoor areas for sitting in the sun. Staff are well trained, have excellent English and are very helpful.
Centrally located for everything. Great.

Room Tip: Room 12 is possibly the best a large top floor corner room, windows on two sides, a view of the Basi...

Don't expect to drive to the Inn by Car. It's located in the old town in the middle of the Souks. So expect a walk. What awaits you is a place that looks like the Middle East, combined with some mediterranean feelings.
We had a warm welcoming, booked the 4 person room with private toilet & shower.
For $159/nioght for 3 persons a real good deal.

As some other reviews here were sightly negative: don't make a mistake and take this Inn as a Hotel! It is a Hostel and they offer exactly that! If you accept that and prepare for that you get a really nice experience in the middle of Nazareth.

Room Tip: Had the 4 Bed Room with private WC & Shower. Warm water is more or less "not cold" tha...
