I recently stayed in Al Mutran Guest House as part of a pilgrimmage group.
The guest house is well locaed and faces on an airy plaza. There are good restaruants within comfortable walking distance. Rooms were clean and comfortable. There is no elevator, and so you need to haul bags upstairs for some rooms. Breakfasts excellent. Staff very accommodating and helpful. Arab atmosphere. I'd stay there again !

My friends and I spent 3 nights at Al Multran in Nazareth end of April 2012.The hotel is very goood located, near the old city, near very good restaurants. Rooms are typical and cosy, very clean. Breakfast is so good, home made, we had it on the terrasse in front of the hotel.
The staff is very helpfull, we enjoyed very much our stay in Al Mutran et recommand it.

I spent 3 nights at Al Mutran while touring the North of Israel. The atmosphere was fantastic the room homely and comfortable. A genuine Arab experience. Very friendly and helpful staff I would return here in a heartbeat and hope to one day :) highly recommended.

Al mutran is a gem. It is in a historic building in Old Jerusalem, a few minutes walk to the Bascilica. The rooms are small but clean and the beds are comfortable with clean colorful linen and duvets instead of blankets. The rooms open onto beautiful common areas for eating, reading etc. On our floor there was a great little balcony that looked out over the city. The manager, Emil, was very accommodating and friendly and helpful. Breakfasts were not great, but better than some we had in Israel. The owner, Amir, was very friendly also. He even drove us in his car to a bus station.

Emil and Amir helped us so much to organize our tour at Pessah back to the airport because at Friday no busses are going from Tiberias and we did not know it. They were so beautiful. Thank you do much. Julia and Perra
