“Great Location”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed March 16, 2011

I stayed two nights at the Al-Mutran and the location is great as it's in the Old City.
The rooms are very comfortable and quiet. There are many areas to sit and read and coffee service and fresh fruit are available to guests complimentary.
The Manager, Emile, was very helpful, personable and accomodating.
There is free wireless internet available in the main sitting area.
Breakfast is made on an individual basis and available to your taste and whatever time you would like it served.

Walked in without reservation, luckily they had a bed left in a 3 person dorm for only 80 shekels! The dorm area has a kitchen and common living room. The staff is very friendly, the place spotless and comfortable and in the middle of the center! The building is a great part of the old city and has a nice view from the roof top. Absolutely recommendable!

There are limited good things about this B&B: its architectural style, its location and almosphere and its regular care-taker - Emile. Otherwise the internet prices quoted for this holel is way too high for the service one gets and I know that if contacted directly the B&B may reduce the price significantly. If you are unsuccesfully in your bargaining skills, try your luck eslewhere, or just relax and enjoy the company of Emile, who is great and who, on his own, can save the otherwise upleasant impression of your stay in the B&B and of your stay in Nazareth, which is otherwise just worth of a short detour.

Dear guest

The price for frieday night is 130 $ and for other nights is 110 $ including breakfast.so your account for 3 nights had to be 350 $.
your reservation was double room including breakfast. becaused you arrived alone your finanal balance was 300 $ only.

like agreed in hotels, evening passing-by guest , can surely get lower price depending on rooms availability for that night.

Dear guest

we make our best in-order to meet guests needs in the very high level of services.

i wish you all the best

Amir

I loved my stay at Al-Mutran. I happened upon it as I was walking in the Old City of Nazareth and decided to stay. Emil was just wonderful - super informative, welcoming and full of warmth. It is small - the bathroom was small but new and functional. I actually enjoyed how small the whole guest house was. It's located not too far into the Old City (key for drivers new to the city) and close to great restaurants and sites. It also has free wi-fi (a plus for me) and there's a new restaurant on the way soon right on the property.
