We did not have such a good experience in this hotel.
We checked in on Shabbat so we could not get into our room until 10:00 at night. There were bugs in the room and stained sheets, and hairs that were not ours. The staff was nice about it but it was gross. Maybe they were in a hurry cleaning but really! We were in the renovated wing which is suppose to be the nicest. Our room was on the bottom floor so maybe that explains the bugs.
The food was ok but the dishes did not seem that clean.
On a positive note, the grounds are very pretty and the staff was very nice. We are not religous and were in the minority. Everyone treated us very nicely though. It was a neat experience for our kids to see all the religous families at the hotel.
They just need to keep it cleaner.More
