The hotel is situated in Kibbutz Kfar Giladi. It has several building. From the rooms of most of them you have a spectacular view of the Upper Galilee mountains, of Mout Hermon, of the Hula valey and of the Golan Hights.
The staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are spacious. Ther is Telephone, TV, AC, refrigerator and Coffee/Tea makings in each room. Dinner and breakfast are sumptuous, with food of all kinds and amount. There is also a Bar and many activities in the hotel and a lot to do and see in the surrounding region and even in the kibutz itself.
As I was there because of my work I stays only one night (8 July), and I would love to come again for a longer stay.

Room Tip: If you have problems with staps ask to stay at the main bulding, it has elevators. If you want a gre...

This is a kibbutz hotel which may once have been quite good but now badly needs renovation. The rooms are small, shabby and old and to make matters worse we were placed at the rear of the building with no view. The hotel is staffed with young people from the nearby university and many of them obviously only do it for the money! Food on our first night was an included buffet which was OK but the next night wasn't and as it was the Sabbath they wanted us to pre book and pay for a very expensive buffet, which we declined. Only problem was they said there was no other food available. However after a bit of an argument they finally provided us with an expensive cold salad.

Hotel is shabby, rooms small, bathroom door won't close as can get past toilet. Reception staff surly, food expensive and only average. This is a Hostel not a Hotel. There must be better places nearby.

Great location, very nice crew, great food, entertainment , I liked it very much. The pool is a bit far away but there is a ride that can take you if you are not in shape. The food if very wide to choose from. Can rent a free bike to tour the Kibbutz. Go to the Hilulim St. to see some local sellers stuff.

Room Tip: get the butic suite - for families - they are great.

The hotel is in a beautiful location. The room my family and I stayed at was quite small for a couple with 2 children. There was only a small window without a view, no balcony. Other than that the hotel was fine. The service was good, the meals were fine. The pool is very nice, indoor and outdoor. spectacular views from both of the pools.

we took a suite. the room was very clean and spacious, and had a small balcony and lawn to go out to. the bed is wide enough but could be a bit longer - though we were fine. separation from sitting area, which can accommodate 3 children on an opening sofa and chair is only visual - no door. bathroom - spacious and comfortable, though I would have liked to get more medium sized towels for the hands, and a bit bigger towels for the body. in regular rooms there is only a hanging curtain between shower and the rest of the bathroom - not my liking. on the table when entering the room we had two sangria bottles and two small jam jars. it was nice to get it. we did not try the sangria, but the jams were excellent. breakfast is rich and everyone can find more than one thing they can choose from. swimming pool is awesome (the have two - indoors and outdoors). there is a small grocery shop, opens daily until 4 pm, on Sabbath too. the room has a tiny refrigerator, but we had to buy milk if we wanted coffee the way we like it. the suite had two air conditioners, that worked very well (we were in two very hot days). the closed had a door for hangins + two top shelves, and another door with 4 shelved and a drawer divided into two.

Room Tip: suite #12 is the best. we had #8 which was also good. the ones with an exit to the lawn are better...

I stayed two nights at Kfar Giladi Hotel in June as part of a group tour around Israel. The hotel is just gorgeous, the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of big touristy cities like Tel Aviv and Jerusalem. The hotel boasts many health and fitness facilities including a gym, an indoor swimming pool and sauna (I was told that there was also an outdoor pool but it was closed during my stay there).

My room was clean, well-maintained and tastefully decorated. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. Free wifi is available in the lobby area.

But the best thing was the amazing view and the beautiful surrounding! And the fantastic food offered by the hotel restaurant! The dinner buffet really showcased the Middle Eastern and European influences of contemporary Israeli cuisine. Everything – from the meat and fish dishes, the wide range of salads to the cakes and desserts - was fresh and delicious and showed a lot of care and pride in their preparation. The breakfast buffet was equally impressive. No wonder they need to provide all the fitness facilities for the guests. Highly recommended!
