The staff, location, room, and breakfast where all terrific! We only stayed one night but wish we had longer. This hotel is close to the Jaffa flea market, the beach, the Carmel market in Tel Aviv and plenty of restaurants and bars. I would recommend staying here!

I needed a place with parking space for a short stay in Tel Aviv. I was with wife and two kids. Came out as a grateful surprise. Well located in Yaffo, gave us an opportunity to thorough visit this lovely quarter of Tel Aviv. Offers well sited rooms specially for couples. Offers also a great breakfast. Excellent value.

Room tip: Great location in Yaffo, with excellent breakfast included and free parking.

Very accommodating staff which was an asset when my arrival was delayed by snow in Istanbul! The rooms are comfortable and ours had a nice 'porch' with a small orange tree with bite size tart oranges to nibble on. The breakfasts (that are part of the room charge) are sumptuous, extensive spreads that could easily be dinner if you changed your eating schedule around. It has easy walks to the beach and old Jaffa harbor as well as the really unique and funky flea market that appears most weekdays just blocks away. The price for all this was very reasonable.

Room tip: ask for a room with a balcony

Love the concept & executiion of this small hotel that turns inward around a courtyard with orange trees, palms, and olives. Not huge rooms, but who needs them? Especially with well-designed separate shower & toilet. Great decor, inspired by the association of oranges and old Jaffa. So modern convenience meets historic references without being mock/kitschy. Clean. Quiet. Love the tiles with scattered orange blossoms on them. And wonderful reception & staff. Helpful, professional, & courteous. Lobby area has 24/7 coffee & tea-making facilities, snacks, fruit juice. Opens onto balcony-reception area. Entry to hotel is by a grill-door into a short passage way. Wish I could have stayed here longer. Great location. Definitely coming back for a longer stay with my spouse. Just hope it doesn't change as its popularity grows!

Room tip: No lift to 4th floor, but staff will carry your bags up.

Stayed overnight in this beautiful boutique in the heart of Jaffa. Easy walking to old Jaffa and port ( good walking tours) and Flea market, and 30 min walk along the beach to Tel Aviv harbour, or Shenkin, Nahalat Binyamin and Ben Yehuda market in other direction. Supermarket in same blick- few steps away. Hotel has included secure parking.

Boutique usually means small but while the hotel is small it has been designed well- room comfortably fit all 4 of us, small but spacious dining room and lovely terrace. The shower is not in a detached room but this way you are not left waiting for someone to finish showering or in the loo to use the wash basin- everything is in a separate space. Small but comfy beds ( double and 2 single) and a corner sofa. Small fridge big enough for basics. Room modern and spotless!

Our reservation included breakfast- definitely tastier than the big chain hotels and just as much variety- just cleaner food not swimming in oil and salt.

Also well equipped open kitchennete with complementary coffee and drinks and snacks 24/7.

Seems to be concierge/ someone at reception desk 24/7. Polite and veey helpful.

Area is lively and while quiet at night the hotel is on a busy street- street noise- just make sure you close the curtains, and try a room on second/ third floor not facing street.

Want to personally thank the staff- only stayed one night but left a great first impression!
