This small restaurant was surprisingly good. The atmosphere was pleasant, we sat in the small patio in the early afternoon on a hot day and the fan worked perfectly to keep the place pleasantly cool. Although we do not usually order vegan, we did this time just to try these items out. There were more than enough non vegan choices. Nelly herself explained all the dishes and we chose two starters, an antipasti and baked beetroot with burghull filling. Both were excellent. The main course was "Mexican special for me; made up of two tortillas filled with a vegetable omelet with greens, a salsa sauce and a carrot/cucumber salad. I asked if they had a hot salsa, instead of the mild one I received and one was immediately brought to me. Thoroughly enjoyable and surprisingly filling. My wife ordered red lentil balls (like a meat ball made with crushed lentils instead of meat) also with the same salad. I thought the balls were tasty but a bit dry - not enough gravy. My wife liked them just as they were.
When we sat down we were served with cold water before we even asked for it, the meal came with a small loaf of bread (very small) with a small serving of humus.
We ordered cold drinks, a Lemonade with mint and a cold ״Forest Fruit״ infusion. Both were very good.
