“The real thing”
Reviewed February 28, 2014

Forget the seafood places trying to hard to attract tourists on the Jaffa seaport and go for the real thing in Jaffa's Ajami neighborhood, a five-minute drive to the south. Raouf and Attina, named after the couple which created the restaurant, serves outstanding seafood and traditional salads with an Arab-Israeli Palestinian vibe. No nonsense, only excellent food served in a very cut, leafy terraced outdoor space with an atmospheric vibe at night. All this served for a reasonable price by very nice waiters and waitresses, in an area sheltered from the touristy crowds. Try their excellent lemon juice.

“Best fish”
Reviewed August 19, 2013

Raouf &Atina is one of the veteran restaurants in Jaffa ,when we want to have a good sea food meal this is the place.
Atina welcomes the customers, and if you are a returning one she spoils you with extra salads.
The salads are so fresh that you eat the with so many pitas without feeling how much bread you ate.
The fish, calamary and crab are heavenly, you end with black coffee or tea and oriental sweets.
GREAT SERVICE AND MEAL,THE SEA VIEW GRATIS........

“hands down best fish place in Israel”
Reviewed June 30, 2013

Fish are so fresh they are literally still flapping on the plate!. This place looks like a hole in the wall. But its run by an old Arab family for decades and despite the simplicity, the looks are deceiving - the food is absolutely special.

The fish is fresh, and they serve a dozen or so mezze starters with the best of pita you know and iraqi pita.

“Nice but not more than this”
Reviewed December 29, 2012 via mobile

The food was not bed. You're seating on an open verandas. The service is another story. 3 waiters for the whole restaurant. Waiting, signing but they're busy with other table. No doubt. Never again and not recommend.
