From the moment you are greeted at the valet to the front desk to the pool ( very cute pool guys) to the check out, we were offered the highest level of service imaginable. The concierge Itzik, knows every restaurant and club, within 50 miles and can offer lots of suggestions. The general manager Adi, was a pleasure to speak with and he took every suggestion that I offered quite sincerely. The night manager Alin, could not stop trying to make our stay more pleasant.
As I am a very "demanding" traveler, they tried and did achieve the ultimate to cater to every one of my whims. We defiantly will be going back again and again.

The Ritz Carlton was our last stop before leaving Israel. After many days of back to back tours, we wanted an opportunity to relax before returning to the USA. I'm so glad we booked this hotel as it was top notch. The property exudes luxury. We had a magnificent room overlooking the harbor with a large deck, king size bed, huge bathroom and small sitting area. The rooftop pool was crowded but we knew to get up early to get a lounge chair. They served drinks and food all day so there was no need to leave. The breakfast buffet, included in our rate, was spectacular. They even asked if we were going to the beach so they could pack some fruit for us. Clearly the best service in Israel. Wifi was free and very good. Free underground parking was included and the trip back to the airport was only 30 minutes. The concierge was able to book us at some excellent restaurants both in town and within walking distance of the property. All in all, a great hotel and one that I would revisit in a heartbeat.

We were lucky enough to stay in a wonderfully decorated modern suite with amazing view over the marina and the beaches. It was my anniversary and we really got spoiled with chocolates, great wine and other amenities.
The staff was very friendly, helpful and genuine. This made us feel at ease in this definitively sophisticated and elegant hotel. Beautiful Spa and top floor pool and bar. This is no doubt the best hotel on the shores of the sea between Tel Aviv and up north!
We were particularly impressed with the dining experience and a classy breakfast buffet, Attention to detail all the way !
My wife and I where very impressed when the waitress in the restaurant asked why our 7 year old son went to bed before desert, by mentioning him by name ! WOW
The only downsize is that the Ritz doesn't have a private beach, although the pool made it up for it !

Room Tip: Our room was unbelievable, 1001. Ask for sea or marina view, land facing room still have a nice view...

We have just returned from a fifteen day stay at the Ritz-Carlton in Herzliya . from the moment we stepped into the hotel we were greeted by the warmest and welcoming attitude by the men who took care of our luggage who didn't hold there hand out for a tip which made us more inclined to reward them. this incredible service started there and remained consistent in every way right up to the the general manager and his collogues and staff for the whole of the fifteen days.Whilst we were delighted with the room we were not satisfied with view and despite the fact they were full they arranged for us to stay in another room overlooking the marina which was marvellous.
We are going back next year for the best service we have ever experienced in over sixty years of travel.

Room Tip: The rooms on the fourth floor facing the marina we favoured

I ventured into this hotel and was very impressed. I sampled the food in the lounge from the bar menu and enjoyed this very much. The surroundings are excellent and everyone is very helpful. I particularly enjoyed the sun deck with a view over the Marina.

The RItz is freaking fantastic. the room was amazing the reception staff amazing the food amazing. Dinner at Herbert Samuel was the best Kosher cuisine I have ever experienced.
My beautiful wife and my bald self have been at every 5 star hotel on the TLV beach front. The RITZ is THE winner, a little pricey but worth every penny or every mile you can get. was a bit of a challenge to find the correct entrance to the parking.Once we got in it was the best. I love the Ritz and its amazing professional staff. Ritz YOU ROCK... wish I can afford it more often. was the best 24 hrs of our married life (excluding wedding and child birth, oh and the time I thought I won the lottery) RITZ thank you

Room Tip: go for the sea view...not sure if its a sea or an ocean...for that you can ask Wikipedia or the rese...

With many hotels in Israel lacking service as far as international standards are concerned, the Ritz Carlton is faultless. The hotel entrance looks quite small from the outside but as soon as you enter you are greeted with the most beautiful lobby. Staff are exceptionally helpful, just wishing to make your stay as easy as possible. Rooms were gorgeous!! We had a junior suite with views of the marina which was a fantastic, large size. One downside is the marina can get quite loud at night but I got used to it and still fell asleep easily... Breakfast was beautifully laid out in the restaurant. The rooftop pool is amazing, I'm sure can get crowded in high season but it was relatively empty when we were there. The sun beds though were not sooo comfortable , with no mattress, but we got over that! Great stay, would recommend.
