“Good, somewhat expensive and limited”
Reviewed May 26, 2014

The place is pleasant and clean. Pasta dishes are quite good, and so is the whole wheat pasta, but the dressing list is quite limited. We had the chocolate muffin for dessert, which is very good. Prices are at the upper range for these type of restaurants.

“Delicious and pleasantly intimate”
Reviewed February 8, 2014

Visited Pastoria on a Sunday Night, reserving a table for six. When we arrived (and we were late, as Israeli often do), our table was waiting for us. When the head waiter saw I was a little chilly, he quickly offered, and I accepted to change tables: it was done politely and quickly (not a common virtue for Israeli Service). We've had the tomato soup to begin with, which was just on the spot with two, well little bread loafs that were so delicious and fresh, it was hard to resist eating it all up. On the less bright side, my friend ordered the Salad, which was drenched in dressing...
For entrees some of us had fish and others pasta. They were all delightful, very generous portions, fresh and cooked well. Deserts did not fail us, and the house wine delivered a good value for money.
It added to almost 200 NIS per person (not including service), which was reasonable for the quality and pleasant atmosphere.
Service was very good: attentive, polite and prompt.

“Great fresh pasta and Fish”
Reviewed November 25, 2013

Right from the start we felt comfortable in this restaurant.
The service was friendly and knowledgeable.
We were a party of 6 friends celebrating a birthday. Our waitress suggested we share the appetizers and recommended the Souffle, the Involtini, the Tuna ravioli and the cheese wrappers which are the speciality of this restaurant. There were extremely tasty, original and their presentation was very attractive. We were also nicely surprised by their size.
For the main course, our waitress also suggested that we order a variety of dishes: Some of us ordered pasta: ravioli, lasagna and gnocchi. It seems that the restaurant is famous for their fresh pasta. They were delicious!!!
The rest ordered fish: Salmon rustic with a tangy sauce, and even an original version of Fish & Chips that was as elegant as it was tasty!!!
We ended the dinner with the classical Tiramisu and a Financier that the waitress again recommended.
Yummy....
The service was friendly and efficient. There was a little waiting between courses but we enjoyed it extremely!!
Good value for your money!!!
