Being that I am American, to see the Israeli version of American-fare is quite comical. The decor was reminiscent of the Midwest so they get credit for that. We had a family event recently, and the staff was great and the food would have been the same if they prepared themselves properly. I would guess that this restaurant either does not do many catering events or they were short staffed in the kitchen because the food came out cold and some of the meat dishes were not cooked to order as requested (medium rare was requested, came out rare or well done). All in all it was a happy celebration and the staff did whatever it took to get the problems resolved, service was great and at the end the food came out just fine. I would go again but not for a catering event just to see if there is any difference.
