"Sabba" means grandfather in Hebrew, "Gebbeto" refers to Mister Geppeto in Pinnochio and to a bread, pun intended. I really like these sandwiches, mainly because you can't find them anywhere but in Beer Sheva (BeerSheba). Each sandwich comes with 8 different sauces. Some of them are well known like ketchup, while others are more mysterious. Luckily, the waiter explains about all of them. The proper way of eating the sandwich is putting a bit of each sauce on a small part.
To sum up, I really like this authentic place.
